Career Counselling Room has been developed in JMV to acquaint students with various career options available to them in different streams after class XII.
To empower students to discover their inner calling and help them to make meaningful choices to realise it.
Phase-I Assessing Self
Discovering one’s desires and passions and have an understanding of one’s interests, skills and values.
Phase-II Exploring Options
Since there are endless career options, therefore students must be proactive in identifying, understanding
and matching his/her interest & potential to the possibilities.
Phase-III Developing Skills
To develop skills through study, practice, experience and application.
Phase IV Marketing Self
To develop the ability to communicate one’s strengths and talents to others.
Phase-V Performing
Setting goals. Planning one’s future involves making effective career related decisions.
